The requirements of a document d' urban planning are defined in article R123-11 of the code of urbanism. A prescription is in the form of a surfacing, linear or point information that appears on the graphic documents of the PLU or the POS. A prescription superimposed on an area of the document d’#x27; urban planning generally exerts an additional constraint on the settlement of the area.
__Origin__
The boundaries of a zone are represented on the graphical documents of the PLU or POS. They generally correspond to the boundaries of n°#x27; an aggregate of cadastral plots. The geometry of cadastral plots is a data derived from the cadastral geographical reference chosen at the time of the; elaboration of the document d' urbanism. This cadastral geographical repository can be either the Parcellar BD provided by the Ø;IGN, or the computerised cadastral plan (CCP) provided by the DGI.
