SRCE: Corridors in Japanese steps defined for the SRCE Poitou-Charentes

Corridors in Japanese steps of the dry calicultural lawns defined for the SRCE Poitou-Charentes. Corridors in “not Japanese”: punctuation of relay spaces or shelter islands, permanent pools or temporary, groves... __Origin__ The identification of dry calcicol lawns was based on a comprehensive inventory carried out by BER and CBNSA. This inventory classifies lawns listed into two classes: — those with proven lawn character: the majority of these lawns have been selected to define biodiversity reservoirs. The contours of the biodiversity reservoirs correspond to groups of lawns less than 400 m away in order to obtain a visible representation at 1/100.000th. Calcicol lawns not retained as reservoirs of biodiversity contribute to the ecological continuity of this sub-trame and are represented as potential corridors (in Japanese step). — other spaces whose lawn character remains to be checked. These spaces, which have a priori support for the species characteristic of this subtrame, are represented as potential corridors (in Japanese steps) of the subtrame.
