This layer of polygons makes it possible to visualise the DVF data (requests for land values) corresponding to the mutations for consideration made in recent years. The dissemination of the DVF database contributes to the transparency of the land and real estate markets.
The real estate changes present in this data layer are derived from the “Requests for Land Values” enriched by the Fonciers produced by CEREMA (DV3F data) and thus facilitate their exploitation and analysis. More information on enriched DVFs can be found at https://datafoncier.cerema.fr/donnees/donnee-dv3f.
