Stream overflow — TRI Maubeuge

The implementation of the Flood Directive aims to establish a framework for the assessment and management of flood risks at the level of the Artois — Picardy basin while prioritising state intervention for territories with significant flood risks (TRI). Overflow hazard of rivers of Sambre and Solre for a period of return 10 years (strong proba), 100 years (average proba.) or 1000 years (low proba.): the event has a probability in 10, 100 or 1000 of occurring each year on the IRR of Maubeuge. __Origin__ The perimeters are provided by the offices d' studies that establish the hydrogeological studies. Each municipality is the master of these studies. The DDT04 brings together all the perimeters of the different municipalities in a single departmental geographical layer and possibly adjusts certain perimeters.
