Student housing

Number of student housing delivered or under construction, by municipality, since 2009 * * * Pursuant to the agreement signed with the State on 1 October 2008, the Department had set a target for the production of 3,000 student housing by 2013. This agreement and its objective have been taken over, clarified and amplified by a new convention adopted by the Standing Committee on 8 July 2013. The agreement signed on 15 October 2013 by the State, the Department and the Community of agglomeration of Hauts-de-Bièvre provides for an additional 1,200 housing units, i.e. by 2019 the creation of a total of 4,200 student housing units throughout the county. Finally, the objectives were supplemented by the protocol signed by the State, the Municipality of Saint-Cloud and the Department for the Protection and valorisation of the Sully Barracks site, bringing the number of student housing to be created to 4,910. This dataset presents student housing delivered or under construction by municipality since 2009.
