Dataset description

The firm KATALYSE, to whom the Diact entrusted this study, interviewed more than a hundred companies, as well as various local actors involved in the PAT, and analysed the PAT projects over the period 1996-2004. The results of this study made it possible to inform the revision of the PAT system from January 2007, with a view to improving efficiency and adapting to the changing European regulatory context.
