Dataset description
These are easements resulting from #x27; establishment of Predictable Natural Hazards Prevention Plans (PPRNPs) and Mining Risk Prevention Plans (MRPPs) established pursuant to Articles L. 562-1 et seq. of the Code de l' Environment.
PPRNPs are intended for the prevention of natural hazards such as floods, land movements, avalanches, forest fires, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, storms or cyclones.
PPRMs are intended for the prevention of the following mining risks: subsidences, collapses, melting, flooding, dangerous gas emanations, soil or water pollution, ionising radiation emissions.
These plans shall delineate:
• areas exposed to risks in which construction, works, fitting-outs and holdings are prohibited or subject to requirements;
• areas not directly exposed to risks in which construction, works, developments and operations are prohibited or subject to rescription because they are likely to exacerbate the risks or cause new ones.
In these areas, the plans define:
• the prevention, protection and safeguarding measures to be taken by public authorities within the framework of their competences, as well as those which may be the responsibility of individuals;
• measures relating to development; use or use; operation of buildings, structures, cultivated or planted areas existing at the date of #x27; approval of the plan to be taken by owners, operators or users.
A public utility is a geographical entity whose nature or function induces, under #x27; effect of #x27; a regulation, constraints on the modalities of #x27; land occupancy of the surrounding land.
The disappearance or destruction on the ground of the generator n' has no consequence of suppressing the servitude(s) associated with it. Only a new act of annulment or #x27; repeal taken by the competent authority may legally remove the effects of the easement(s) in question.
