The T5 easements are established pursuant to Articles L. 6351-1 and L. 6351-2 to L. 6351-5 of the Transport Code (formerly R. 241-1 to R. 242-3 of the Civil Aviation Code).These are servitudes, known as “aeronautical clearances”, created in order to ensure the safety of aircraft traffic, at n°#x27; excluding radio easements. They are defined:- by an aeronautical release easement plan (PSA) drawn up for each aerodrome referred to in Article L. 6350-1 of the Transport Code (formerly R. 241-2 of the Code of Civil Aviation),- or by provisional safeguard measures that may be implemented in the event of #x27; emergency, before #x27;be included in an approved PSA.These aeronautical release easements shall include:- l' obligation to modify or remove obstacles which may constitute a danger to air traffic or harmful to the operation of safety devices (light, radio or meteorological) established in the #x27th; interest of air navigation,- l' prohibition of carrying out work on vessels and other works affected by aeronautical servitude work on major repairs or #x27; improvement exempted from the building permit without authorisation of l’' administrative authority.Relevant under T5 easement:- all aerodromes open to public air traffic,- restricted-use aerodromes created by l’#x27; State,- under prescribed conditions, certain restricted-use aerodromes created by a person other than #x27; State.The generators are linked to infrastructure as planned for the ultimate stage of development of l’#x27; aerodrome, i.e. the runway system, the area(s) d' final and take-off approach to the#x27; exclusive use of #x27; helicopters, visual aids if applicable.L' plate of #x27; an easement is the space field (i.e., the geographical area) to the #x27; within which s' applies the easement. This space field can be defined either in 2D or 3D in particular in the specific cases of airport release easements, protection easements of radio transmission centres.
