The PMD is divided into 4 chapters, with: — the challenges of sustainable mobility, a challenge for the coming years — a diagnosis of travel in the Oise, a land of great mobility — a presentation of the skills developed by the General Council for Mobility, — the sustainable mobility strategy developed by the General Council to meet the current and future travel needs of the Isarians by reconciling the three axes of sustainable development.
