Territorial Climate-Air-Energy Plan (PCAET) in Pays de la Loire

The Climate-Air-Territorial Energy Plan (PCAET), new name since 28 June 2016 of the Climate-Territorial Energy Plan (TCEP), is a sustainable development approach specifically focused on combating climate change. The Law on the Energy Transition for Green Growth (LTECV) has strengthened the role of local and regional authorities in the fight against climate change, notably through the establishment of territorial climate-air-energy plans.
