Zoning composed of l' all territorial coherence scheme perimeters (SCOTs)
The Act on Solidarity and Urban Renewal (Law SRU) of 13 December 2000 provides for the establishment, from 1 January 2002, of territorial coherence schemes, which replace the master plans. Developed by the elected representatives, at the scale of the living basin, d' habitat or d' employment, they will have as their vocation to; express the overall strategy of the Â#x27; agglomeration and d' set out the main choices in terms of?#x27; habitat, d#x27; balance between natural and urban areas, d' infrastructures, d' commercial urban planning. In peri-urban areas, in case the SCOT does not exist, any area of urbanisation will be blocked, unless agreed by the prefect, within a radius of 15 km around the communes of l' agglomeration if the latter has more than 15,000 inhabitants.
These data correspond to a definition of a macroscopic SCOT: the content of the SCOT, which includes a presentation report, a project d' Planning and Sustainable Development (PADD), Regulation and Document d' Guidance No; is not dealt with in this data.
SCOTs that are no longer enforceable are to be archived with an 'cancelled state; by adding to them an end date of validity.
This national fiche corresponds to part of the metadata listed in the COVADIS standard. This standard has been developed in a generic and non-milled way (its name and definitions do not mention any date) in order to apply to different versions of the data. The local GeoBase layers will have to be suffixed _aaa, aaaa corresponding to the vintage of the data.
This sheet is likely to evolve following the second Grenelle law of the environment.
