Dataset description

Territorial Hubs are network heads of digital inclusion at the departmental level. Funded by the Bank of the Territories, they are responsible for supporting, federating and training digital caregivers and digital mediators who work with French people furthest from digital. The dataset identifies hubs in the territory. The census was stopped on 1 September 2020. As of that date, 61 departments have a reference hub.
