Territories Action Bays Green Algae in Brittany: PLAV2 2017-2021

After a 2016 transition year, the 2017-2021 Green Algae Control Plan follows the first government plan 2010-2015 that it aims to extend and amplify. This new cycle of control against green algae is called "PLAV 2". It concerns watersheds whose nitrate flows must be reduced by at least 30 % (provision 10A-1) under the Master Plan for Water Management and Development (SDAGE) Loire Bretagne 2016-2021 approved on 18/11/2015. The hydrographic outline of the 8 bays comprising these watersheds is translated into territories " in this dataset. This dataset succeeds the one still published on 19/07/2010 during the first plan Green Algues 2010-2015. __Origin__ The reference frame used to pass from the hydrographic outline Greenweed to that of &territory action " is the graphic parcel register (RPG) 2009, ensuring that no islets are cut.
