Territories incubator — Customised digital support

## Tailor-made digital accompaniment To meet the digital tooling challenges of small communities, the Territories Incubator has developed a tailor-made digital support offer tailored to their needs, modeled on the traditional intervention model of the ANCT. The scheme is aimed at municipalities with less than 3500 inhabitants and EPCI with less than 15,000 inhabitants and consists of an in-depth and personalised diagnosis of communities to assess their specific needs for digital tools and identify potential solutions to be deployed. This diagnosis, drawn up by a digital expert dedicated to the territory for two months, is then the subject of recommendations. In addition to identifying sustainable digital solutions, developed in open source and deployable at lower cost, the support also aims to raise awareness and train agents and elected representatives of digital issues (open data, free software, cybersecurity...) and the “centric-user” methods proven by the Incubator.
