The deliberations of the CNIL

All the deliberations of the CNIL since the beginning, the first deliberation having been rendered in 1979. Their publication procedures are defined by the Data Protection Act, its implementing decree and the Commission’s rules of procedure. The deliberations adopted between 1 January 1979 and 3 May 2012 were published in their updated version no later than 4 May 2012. The deliberations adopted after 3 May 2012 shall indicate the date of their actual publication. The deliberations of the CNIL are also accessible on Legifrance.
