The New National Urban Renewal Program

#### Presentation Launched in 2014, the new National Urban Renewal Programme (NPNRU) covers 480 priority neighbourhoods: 216 of national interest and 264 of regional interest, where about three million inhabitants live. This programme covers neighborhoods of large metropolises, medium-sized cities, large social housing complexes or buildings in old degraded centres, located in France and overseas. The National Agency for Urban Renewal (Anru), responsible for the implementation of the NPNRU, now has EUR 10 billion for the financial support of projects presented by local authorities. In total, 40 billion euros will be invested in these 480 neighbourhoods for demolition and reconstruction of social housing, the development of public spaces or the treatment of degraded condominiums. Create a new Excel_ workbook _2. Click on the **Data** tab in the ribbon and then on **From text**_ _3. Choose the location of the csv file and click on **Import**_ _4. In the window that opens, choose the option **Delimited** and in File Origin, choose **65001: Unicode UTF8**. Click on **Next**_ _5. Select only the Separator **Virgul**. Click on **Next**_ _6.
