Dataset description

Closed areas of the PEN (Preservation of Periurban Agricultural and Natural Areas) in Héault. The NAPs are a component of the Department’s agricultural policy. Their aim is to preserve peri-urban agricultural and natural areas (subject to significant urban pressure). The scopes in PEN are covered by an action programme and give the Department a special right of pre-emption.
