Dataset description
Following the 2013 and 2014 ESS and energy transition laws, the Métropole Européenne de Lille is developing its plan to promote socially and ecologically responsible public procurement. This is an opportunity for the MEL to structure an ambitious, responsible metropolitan purchasing policy.
The aim of this scheme is to organise the internal procedures for responsible purchasing, to open the public order (guaranteing access to all operators) and to innovate by developing responsible public procurement.
