For PPRTs, the code of l'environment defines a single category of zones for zones (L515-15 et seq.): areas exposed to risk. Unlike natural RPPs, PPRTs never have restricted areas that are not directly exposed to risks.
Depending on the level of d'aira, each zone of the PPRT is the subject of an opposable regulation. PPRT regulations generally distinguish two types of zones:
1- “zones d' prohibition to build”, so-called “red zones”, when the level of #x27; hazard is strong and the general rule is #x27; prohibition to build;
2- “prescription zones”, so-called “blue zones”, when the level of #x27; hazard is average and projects are subject to requirements adapted to the type of #x27; issue.
The instructions in the guide d' PPRT development add a gradation to the “red zones” and “blue zones”.
The Titanoble Site PPRT was approved as of June 29, 2012.
__Origin__
The perimeter of a prescribed PPR is usually provided in the prefect’s prescription order. The perimeter d' exposure to risks — or regulated perimeter — corresponds to the \#x27; geometric aggregation of l' all the restricted zones listed in the same PPR. The perimeter of the study corresponds to the envelope in which the hazards were studied.
