Category EL3 easements concern towed and walking easements (inland navigation), i.e.* Walking easements: The riparian properties of a stream of water or water; a domanial lake is encumbered on each shore of #x27; a 25 metre easement, known as walking easement. Indeed, Article L2131-2 of the CGPPP provides that "An owner, tenant, farmer or holder of a; a right in rem, riparian of #x27; a course of water or of #x27; a domanial lake is required to leave the land encumbered by this walkway to #x27; use of the manager of this course of #x27; water or this lake, fishermen and pedestrians.“In addition, along the navigation channels, fishermen and pedestrians may use the towpath and the portion of the bank forming part of the public domain, to the extent permitted; operation of navigation.”On the decision of the administrative authority, the right referred to in paragraph #x27 may exceptionally be deleted either for reasons of #x27; general interest, either for safety reasons when banks are included in industrial establishments.This resource describes the surface plates of EL3 easements, namely buffer zones around generators.
