Trees under punctual protection in Antibes Juan-les-Pins

Inventory and location of trees under ad hoc protection within the meaning of the PLU of the City of Antibes (according to the common law amendment No. 1 of the PLU by deliberation of 15 March 2022/PLU revised by deliberation of 29 March 2019/Regulation — room 4/Zoning plan room 5 of the PLU). Trees being under ad hoc protection alone are allowed, on the one hand, cutting and felling only to ensure the safety of goods and people, avoid health risks (e.g. allergies) and guarantee the phytosanitary quality of trees, on the other hand, development and construction outside the surface of the floor covered by the houppier necessary for the development of the tree.
