These maps, also known as ‘type C cards’, represent the parts of territories likely to contain buildings exceeding the limit values mentioned in Article L571-6 of the Environment Code and fixed by Article 7 of the Decree of 4 April 2006.
The limit values correspond to an Ln of 62 dB(A). These limit values concern residential buildings, as well as healthcare and educational institutions.
These aggregated data are published to be used for mapping purposes. It is advisable to load the detail data for more accurate use.
