This site is a flagship project of the metropolitan Eur-food strategy, which aims to support innovations around the food chain (production, processing, consumption), following the principle of “fork at the fork”. If the dynamic is built throughout the metropolitan area, by networking existing initiatives, the creation of an Eurfood site of excellence will be a key point.
