#### Summary:
Information on unavailability **not completed** three months ago (planned or unforeseen) of EDF’s production assets as well as other relevant information concerning the capacity and use of those assets.
#### Detailed description:
Regulation 1227/2011 on the integrity and transparency of the wholesale energy market (referred to as REMIT) requires producers to publicly disclose certain information concerning their assets. On the page [“List of unavailability and messages”](https://www.edf.fr/groupe-edf/ambition-neutralite-co2-pour-edf-a-l-horizon-2050/optimisation-et-trading/listes-des-indisponibilites-et-des-messages/liste-des-indisponibilites), you will find a selection of information on the planned and unplanned unavailability of EDF’s production assets as well as other relevant information on the capacity and use of those assets. It is from this page that you will have the most up-to-date data.
In case of overlay of unavailability, incidental or programmed, the practice is to retain the minimum available power of unavailability over each overlay period.
