Urban Movement Plan (PDU) in Moselle

Zoning composed of all urban displacement plan perimeters (UDPs) under development or approval. It determines, within the framework of an urban transport perimeter (PTU), the organisation of the transport of people and goods, traffic and parking. All modes of transport are concerned, resulting in the introduction of actions in favour of alternative modes of transport to private cars: public transport, two wheels, walking... Each Urban Travel Plan must now also include an environmental assessment component.
