Urban planning documents PLU, POS, existing communal map on the Pas-de-Calais department in digital form

An urban planning document is the result of an urban planning procedure in a given territory. This file lists all the existing urban planning documents on a given department, i.e. the local plans of #x27; urban planning, plans d' land use and communal maps that have been digitised in the form of geographical data.The local plan of #x27; urban planning is the main planning document on the municipal scale or in some cases intercommunal. It was created by the Urban Solidarity and Renewal Act (SRU) of 13 December 2000, not only to replace the land use plan; land use (POS) for the setting of rules on land use; land use, but more broadly to establish the #x27; establishment of a territory in a local strategic document. Unlike its predecessor, it contains a project of ' Planning and Sustainable Development (PADD), a non-opposable document explaining a certain vision for the territory. The PLU generally covers the whole of the municipal territory to the #x27th; with the exception of the sectors already covered by a plan for safeguarding and development (PSMV), the sectors of ​​' development and tourist development of' intercommunal interest identified by a SCOT.It is not mandatory for a municipality to have a PLU. They are an alternative, at the same time, to the development of a local plan; urban planning and to #x27; application of the rule of limited constructibility, offering in particular to municipalities, rural or peri-urban, a simplified tool for planning and management of the #x27; space adapted to their situation and their needs. The communal maps thus occupy an intermediate position between the local plans; urban planning and the national regulation of n°#x27; urbanism.L' absence of a; a document of #x27; opposable urbanism entails the application of the principle of limited constructibility (Article L.111-1-2 of the Code de l' urbanism) and the various authorisations are in this case instructed by applying the general rules of ' urban planning.A new version of #x27; a document d' digital planning corresponds to a recording in the table.
