Urban task whose use is dedicated to the field of urban planning.
It is available on 3 vintages: 2001, 2006 and 2010.
This concept is not intended to be used to identify the PAU (Part currently to Urbanise).
The urban task was carried out according to the CERTU methodology, taking into account two parameters: expansion (D) and erosion (E).
The parameters and specifications, taken into account, correspond to the needs formulated by the urban planning sector.
Potential uses: General Studies
__Origin__
Each vintage is made from the themes of the BD-Topo, from the layers:
— BATIMENT.TAB,
— PISTE_AERODROME.TAB,
— TERRAIN_SPORT.TAB,
— CIMETIERE.TAB,
— AIRE_TRIAGE.TAB
The areas of #x27; activities initially taken into account in the generation of the urban stain, n' were finally not taken into account, according to the specifications of the urban planning sector.
The implementation of urban tasks is based on the principle of:
— the creation of buffer of the value ''Dilatation'' around each object,
— of l' assembling these buffers
— then apply a reduction of the value ''Erosion''.
The initial CERTU method provides for d'' apply the following parameters:
· Expansion: 50 m
· Erosion: 50 m
When Dilatation = Erosion then the urban spot tangents objects on the periphery.
However, in some uses (identification of n°#x27; habitat dispersed in rural areas), lower erosion (20 m) appears to be more appropriate.
These specifications and parameters may not be compatible with d' other uses and may be adapted as required.
DATA QUALITY: The urban spot is available according to 3 vintages: 2001, 2006 and 2010.
It should be noted that at the departmental limit, there may be side effects due to the failure to take into account the buildings of the neighbouring departments.
Production objectives: Know the artificialisation of soils.
Update Frequency:
An update was made on the 2010 aerial shooting as the buildings were taken into account (BD-Topo).
The 2013 vintage will be available when developments in terms of construction are taken into account in a later version of the BD-Topo.
