In Seine-Maritime, the Department implemented a cycling policy more than 10 years ago and has since developed cycle routes and greenways throughout its territory. The Department is thus master of the major axes of soft traffic: the bike route of the Littoral, the cycle route of Lin, the Avenue Verte London-Paris or the Seine in Vélo.
The Department also intervenes in financial support to the municipalities and EPCI by providing, under certain conditions, subsidies for the development of cycling facilities registered in the Departmental Master Plan for Véloroutes et Voies Vertes.
The attached dataset describes the veloroutes and greenways of the departmental scheme, which are in addition included in a development scheme of the European, national (SN3V), regional (SR3V) or regional (SR3V) or departmental cycle network. In particular, it provides information on the route route, the owner and the manager, the coating and the status of the different segments (see metadata).
