Watercourses for conditionality in the Eure

Courses d'water or portion of courses d'water to be bordered by weed bands under good agricultural and environmental conditions, defined by prefectural decree.These courses of #x27; water are defined in the interministerial circular Map-Medd DGFAR/SDSTAR/C2005-5046 of 27 September 2005, pursuant to #x27; Order of 12 January 2005 taken for #x27; application of Articles R.615-10 and R.615-12 of the Rural Code and relating to the rules of environmental cover and of #x27; Courses d'water defined by decree DDTM/SEBF/11/091 of 8 June 2011 establishing the census of the courses d' water of l'Eure pursuant to Article D615-46 of the Rural Code. __Origin__ Courses d'water defined by decree DDTM/SEBF/11/091 of 8 June 2011 establishing the census of the courses d' water of l'Eure pursuant to Article D615-46 of the Rural Code.
