Watersheds Green Algae in Brittany: PLAV2 2017-2021

After a 2016 transition year, the 2017-2021 Green Algae Control Plan follows the first government plan 2010-2015 that it aims to extend and amplify. This new cycle of control against green algae is called "PLAV 2". It concerns watersheds whose nitrate flows must be reduced by at least 30 % (provision 10A-1) under the Master Plan for Water Management and Development (SDAGE) Loire Bretagne 2016-2021 approved on 18/11/2015. These watersheds are the subject of this dataset.
