Wetlands of the department of Ardèche

According to the Environmental Code, wetlands are "land, whether or not exploited, usually permanently flooded or sipped with fresh, salted or brackish water or temporary; vegetation, when it exists, is dominated by hygrophile plants for at least part of the year. (Art. L.211-1). The data available for download correspond to the ZH inventories validated by the Departmental Directorate of Territories (DDT) of Ardèche. These are methodological and alert materials for the attention of the various actors of the territory and the State water police services. These are by no means enforceable zoning.
