Wind building permit in Lorraine (N_PC_EOLIEN_r41)

A building permit is required for all onshore wind turbines over 12 meters high (Article R.421-2 of the code de l' urban planning)The building permit application is filed in the town hall. A prior assessment of the consequences on the environment (landscape, noise...) must be carried out by the project owner before any installation of wind turbines. This environmental assessment should be included in the file:- in the form of ' a notice of ' impact for wind turbines of less than 50 meters or- in the form of ' an impact study for wind turbines over 50 metres.The file also contains the geographical location of the wind turbines in the park. __Origin__ Registration of building permits examined by DDT. — The data are entered by the DDT from the geographical coordinates provided in the filing file for the wind construction permit. The DREAL does the regional aggregation from the data provided by the DDT.
