L' wind energy is produced from the force of the wind, thanks to a wind turbine, which transforms the wind mechanical energy into electrical energy. Connected to a generator, it consists of a mast on which is attached a propeller that rotates the wind. We distinguish terrestrial wind from offshore wind — or offshore wind (with more frequent, stronger and more regular winds than shore). Depending on its height, a wind turbine can be the subject of a construction permit (for any wind turbine more than 12 m high), d' an impact study (for wind turbines more than 50 m high) or a notice (for wind turbines less than 50 m high).
This table contains only wind turbines that have been granted a building permit (built or unbuilt). Since the “Grenelle II” national commitment law, a minimum distance threshold between future wind turbine installations and homes has been introduced. In l' lack of precision in the building permit, the rules of reversal from public tracks or right-of-way and separative boundaries s' apply at any point of the wind turbine, at the end of the blade in a horizontal position. In addition, the operation of wind turbines will be subject to the regime of #x27; authorisation under classified installations for the protection of the environment (ICPE).

The biological reservoirs necessary to maintain or achieve the good ecological status of watercourses, referred to in I.1 of Article L.214-17 of the Environmental Code, are listed in the cartographic annexes to the SDAGE.
Article R214-108 of the Environmental Code defines biological reservoirs as ‘rivers, part of rivers or canals which comprise one or more areas of breeding or habitat of species of phytoplankton, macrophytes and phytobenthos, benthic invertebrate fauna or ichtyofauna, and allow their distribution in one or more rivers in the catchment area’.
They are therefore nursery sectors capable of supplying the species covered by Annex 5 to the WFD that will be able to colonise impoverished areas.
A number of biological reservoirs have been defined in SDAGE 2010-2015, the list is listed in the cartographic annexes (TOME 6 p28 to p37, and TOME 7 p17-19 of the 2016-2021 SDAGE project).
DATA QUALITY:
The data was obtained from the geographical data of the masses of d'' water (selection and selection pieces).
