Dataset description

Exceptional routes on which the Low Emissions-Mobility Zone rule (ZFE-m) of the Strasbourg Eurometropolicy applies differently. This dataset complements the [ZFE-m](https://data.strasbourg.eu/explore/dataset/zfe_emprise/custom/?disjunctive.date_debut). This dataset is intended to feed into the national portal [transport.data.gouv.fr](https://transport.data.gouv.fr/). It is structured according to the recommendations of [doc.transport.gouv.fr](https://doc.transport.data.gouv.fr/producteurs/zones-a-faibles-emissions#documentation). The source of geometries is the Topo IGN cD.
