It is used in particular for the scales applicable to housing subsidies (LA and APL), as well as for the fixing of rent ceilings for social rental housing (PLUS and PLAI). __Origin__ Publication of the zoning and the municipalities eligible by zone by ministerial decree, ‘Order of 17 March 1978 as amended’.
