&A wind farm is composed of one or more wind turbines producing electricity. A park requires one or more building permits and is the subject of an administrative procedure, instructed in DDT.
A park can have only one operator.
The Grenelle’s provisions on the environment require the construction of wind farms:
A minimum number of 5 machines for installations whose construction permit application was filed after the publication of Law 2010-788 of 12/07/2010;
A wind turbine of less than 30 metres and less than 250 kW.
The definition of the wind farm has no administrative or regulatory basis. It is a purely abstract class corresponding to an aggregate of wind turbines. The polygonal geometry of #x27;a wind farm n' is only that; an artifice proposed to map small-scale wind turbines. A wind farm is therefore represented by arbitrary boundaries and does not correspond to any administrative or material control over the land.
__Origin__
&A wind farm is obtained from the construction permit application(s) of which it has been the object. The creation of wind farm data is done as the construction permit instruction and after all wind turbines in the same wind farm have been geolocated.
The geometry of #x27; a wind farm is built from the georeferenced wind turbines belonging to this wind farm. The delimitation of wind farms is the result of a geometric calculation whose parameters have been arbitrarily chosen: each wind farm polygon is geometrically created by a closing operation: erosion of 300 meters (or buffer of -300 meters) of the 500-metre buffer generated around wind turbines belonging to the same park The geometry thus obtained can, if necessary, be the subject of additional corrections to avoid any overlay that may lead to a risk of a risk of incomprehension in an uninformed user (e.g. a covering of zones of ' habitation).
