These areas are defined by prefectural decree in the light of indications of presence or of; attacks L' amended decree of 19 June 2009 on l’' operation of protection of the #x27; environment in rural areas concerned with the protection of herds against predation specifies the modalities of this action. The following are differentiated: — areas where predation on the domestic herd has been recorded one or more times in the last two years, called ‘first circle’; — areas where preventive actions are required due to the possible occurrence of wolf predation during the current year, called the ‘second circle’. In order to limit attacks on domestic herds and help breeders likely to be confronted with the presence of predators, enhanced guarding, nocturnal aggregation of animals and #x27; use of protective dogs is accessible in risk areas defined annually by prefectural decree (measure 323 c1 of the hexagonal rural development programme). The level of this aid and the related commitments depend on the size of the herd and the duration of grazing in the area of eligibility.
Data updated annually, at the time of the new prefectural decree.
__Origin__
The noise levels emitted by a given infrastructure during an average day are evaluated using numerical models producing isophone curves translated into noise zones, according to the; index recommended for all modes of transport at European level, namely the Lden index and l' index Ln.The isophone curves, described by the resource N_BRUIT_ISOPHONE_L thus serve to delimit the external borders and, where appropriate, internal noise zones by range of #x27; indices.
