These areas are defined by prefectural order based on signs of presence or attacks. L' amended Decree of 19 June 2009 on the protection of l’' operation for the protection of #x27; environment in rural areas concerning the protection of herds against predation specifies the modalities of this action. Are differentiated:- areas where predation on the domestic herd has been recorded one or more times in the last two years, called the “first circle”;- areas where prevention actions are needed due to the possible occurrence of wolf predation during the current year, called “second circle”.In order to limit attacks on domestic herds and help breeders likely to be able to live in domestic flocks; to be confronted with the presence of predators, support for enhanced guarding, the nocturnal grouping of animals and the use of protective dogs is accessible in a risk zone defined annually by prefectural decree (measure 323 c1 of the hexagonal rural development programme). The level of this aid and the commitments related to it depend on the size of the herd and the duration of grazing in zone #x27; eligibility.
__Origin__
The geometric modeling of ' entity at ' origin of risk depends on the type of risk, the context of the PPR, the nature of the generator and its modeling in the data source or geographical repository from which it originates. For example, a water course may be represented by a polygon or a polyline according to its size and width, an ICPE by a point (if the location of its enclosure is unknown) or by a polygon (especially from the grey area of the PPRT). The geometry of this class d'objects is optional when: — this geometry is already carried by an object d'a geographical repository or d' an external data source, to which it is then recommended to refer to the?#x27; using its identifier (and thus avoid unnecessary duplication); — it does not exist because the origin of the risk cannot be precisely defined or localised (e.g. earthquakes, avalanches, marine submersions, etc.). However, as it is in practice rare to benefit from stable references to external objects, the geometry of the risk will often result from the duplication of that of l’' object representing l' origin of risk.
