Zoning of sectors subject to the Legal Disbursement Obligations (OLD)

Scope of; application of forest regulations on brush cutting __Origin__ This mapping has been drawn from layers " Vegetation & Quot; and & why; Bati " from the IGN BDTopo, purged of wooded massifs and garrigues areas of less than 4 ha as well as wooded strips of less than 50 meters. Reference data date from 2016 for vegetation and 2014 for buildings. Changes in the nature of the soil since that date and the type of trees present are not taken into account. This mapping is the result of a geometric modeling, also, for use under the title of \#x27; a control of the legal obligations of scrubbing or d' a water dimensioning under the DECI, this mapping requires an update with respect to the reality in the field.
