Zoning of the PLU

The Urbanisation Local Plan (PLU) is a document for planning and managing the urbanisation of Rueil-Malmaison. * * * It is also a “living” document that needs to be regularly adapted to monitor legislative developments and enable new urban projects to be carried out. With this document, Rueil-Malmaison can: * Mentoring and organising urban development; * Preserve the natural and landscaped areas of the territory: * Protect the built heritage Rueillois; * Support the development of the city’s economic activity. The zoning plan classifies the city into several areas.Each area has its own urban characteristics (housing zone, natural zone, area composed of large real estate units, etc.). This dataset identifies the different areas present in the territory of Rueil-Malmaison according to the PLU in force, approved on 8 October 2020.
