BD topage® — Métropole 2019

BD topage® Mile 2019 The hydrographic reference framework aims to describe the hydrographic entities present on French territory in order to establish a national repository for the localisation of water data. The BD topage® aims to move from a French medium-scale hydrographic repository (the CARTHAGE® BD) to a large-scale (metric) repository, which is consistent with the INSPIRE Directive and compatible with the IGN Large-Scale Reference (RGE®). The BD topage® aims to meet the common needs of all EIS stakeholders and should enable them to exchange and pool at all scales on the surface hydrographic elements of the national territory. It is also motivated by the obligation to comply with the INSPIRE Directive. The topage® comic categorises datasets: — watercourses; — bodies of water; — elementary surfaces; — hydrographic sections; — watersheds; — topographic watersheds; — hydrographic nodes; land-sea boundaries.
