Eaux intérieures de surface (rivières et lacs), FRANCE, EAU DE SURFACE, politique de l'environnement, REUNION, Données de références (référentiels, vocabulaire contrôlé), données ouvertes, BD Carthage
Hydrographic division is all of the four hierarchical partitions of French territory made according to decreasing hydrographic areas:
— hydrographic region (1st order),
— hydrographic sector (2nd order),
— hydrographic subsector (3 rd order),
— hydrographic area (4th order).
A sector is divided according to a maximum of 10 subsectors and one subsector is divided according to a maximum of 10 river basin areas.
The geometry is close to the BDTopo IGN which was used for its realisation. The BDCarthage Réunion is maintained by the DEAL Réunion. The BD Carthage Réunion is a version validated by the SIE but not by the IGN and therefore problems of incompatibility with IGN referentials can occur (and that an update will “officialise” the BD Carthage with the IGN validation).
