3D building models LoD1 Germany (LoD1-EN)

The level of detail data presents Germany’s building stock as a simple block model (without sculpted roof shapes). The data is derived from ALKIS (Defined by the Alki’s object type catalog). Underground buildings and structures are not taken into account. The Location accuracy of the data corresponds to the floor plan of the building, which is altitude accuracy about 5 m. As attributes, the height of the building, the object identifier, the building function Quality information (metadata), the official municipal code and the name. The data is received by the Central Office for House Coordinates and House Surroundings (ZSHH) on a country-by-country basis and will be forwarded to authorities exclusively by the BKG. The data is additionally derived in the BKG as 2D shapes and is offered in geopackage format.
