Alkis home coordinates

The official house coordinates define the location of the house number and the location description of a building. Data source is the geobase information of the property register, which is supplemented by postal indications (e.g. postal code). The standard dataset in the “AdV format” contains the data elements as defined by the Central Unit house coordinates, house surrounds and 3D building models (ZSHH). On request, additional columns with the data elements are available in Baden-Württemberg as “AdV format with extensions” with the data elements municipal names, area and hall number, marker names, object keys of the building function and building function. House coordinates are georeferenced building addresses with keys for administrative units, municipal districts and streets as well as postal information. The house coordinate assigns exactly one coordinate in the coordinate system to each building with a house number.
