Dataset description

The Munich Region (Region 14) defines areas that are particularly relevant for the development of settlements. A settlement development which goes beyond the objectives laid down in B II Z 2.1 Munich regional plan is permitted. The location and demarcation of the areas that are particularly suitable for the development of settlements are determined by Map 2 Settlement and supply, Tektur settlement, open space, traffic, the regional plan of the region Munich.
