Building Plans (WFS Service)

The development plan contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning of each individual plot within its scope. The main determinations of a development plan include the determination of the nature and extent of the construction use and the determination of the real land land that can be constructed. In addition, e.g. land for transport use or agriculture can be defined. The development plans form the basis for the granting of building permits and the construction of the necessary development facilities. The procedure numbering follows the schema 001 to 399 and from 3000 to 3999 (see associated PDF document for more information).
