Dataset description

The boundaries for the built-up district of Stolzenhain a.d. Röder with the settlement Windbock were established with the inclusion of individual outdoor areas. The settlement Windbock is actually “constructed area in the outdoor area”, which was developed by §34 para.4 no. 2 BauGB as an indoor area. Within the defined and marked limits, the planning law admissibility of projects is governed by §34 BauGB. Only residential buildings and associated annexes are permitted on the rounding areas included in the interior.
