Data on compensation areas are collected in accordance with the provisions of § 4 (4) HAGBNatSchG and § 4 of the Compensation Ordinance (KV) in the production system natureg of the Land of Hesse. This is done by directly entering or importing data supplied. According to § 4 HAGBNatSchG and § 4 Compensation Ordinance, information on compensation areas must be transmitted to the nature conservation information system and central register natureg. This also applies, and in particular, to the completeness and up-to-dateness of the data.The authorities giving notices are responsible for the accuracy of the data.
