Dataset description

The interference regime is the most important instrument in German law for the enforcement of aspects of nature conservation, which applies in the “normal landscape”, i.e. outside protected areas under natural protection law. The basic idea is a general prohibition on deterioration of nature and landscape. The intervention control is intended to avoid and minimise negative consequences of interventions in nature and landscape. Compensatory and replacement measures are often summarised as compensation measures.
