Dataset description

Area cadastre with compensation areas in the district of Diepholz from 02.09.2002; up-to-date data; partly incomplete, since cadastres are being processed; all other information is kept in the GeoWeb for MapAgent module KoKa. All construction projects (e.g. BIMSCH, etc.) in which the LK DH is the approval authority, the compensatory areas are documented. The district of Diepholz is obliged to maintain a list of compensation areas. The respective municipalities are responsible for the documentation/management of municipal compensation areas as part of the planning of construction management. You must have your own cadastre. The municipalities are not obliged to report these areas/measures to the district of Diepholz.
